Spring Where You're From
Happy Monday, friends! How was your weekend? Today I'm over at The Blended Blog, where we're sharing what spring is like in our home towns.
It's no secret that the climate in Seattle is a bit....rainy. And this year has been wetter and colder than usual, prompting me to inform my husband that I'm moving south. Probably not, but I'm definitely ready for a little sunshine.
The good news is that the forecast for this week is looking up, and pretty soon we'll be surrounded by flowers.
What's spring like where you live? Hope you'll link up with us below!

This post is perfect because the pics of flowers you chose match your rain boots!! So cute!! It is so true, all these April showers do bring lots of may flowers and I cannot wait! xo
ReplyDeleteWe've finally got a string of sunny days and the flowers are really starting to bloom!
DeleteEveryone has their own choice but, spring brings us new happiness. Most of the time we were gone on the trip in spring. This weather brings us new changes such as we are free from nursing assignment writing help by acemyassignment which becomes boring.
DeleteI adore those rain boots! Spring here right now is definitely warming up, and I've been seeing lots of people working in their gardens, and many festive flowers in the neighborhood. Hugs...RO
ReplyDeleteI've had those boots for so long, I can't even remember where I got them!
DeleteWe've been having similar springs! Friday was a transitional day and it was cold and windy. We SAW big ice floes in our river.
ReplyDeleteThen today is finally sunny and 65 and all the ice is melting..
It was 65 here today too and it felt so amazing!
DeleteBeautiful flowers! Spring finally arrived yesterday so I'm excited for things to start blooming soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm so ready for sunshine and warmth!
DeleteCome on down to Louisiana, Girlfriend!! I've got a place for you!
ReplyDeleteI would love to visit you someday!
DeleteThe rain brings such beauty and color to the landscape!!!
ReplyDeleteWe've been so dry here, which gets scary when the heat comes...too many summers have involved fires all around!!

We don't get forest fires here because it remains so wet, year round. But just over the mountains, in Eastern Washington, the fires get very bad in the summer. Praying for some wet weather for you guys!
DeleteI love all the landscapes up north - the flowers are so pretty and everything is so lush! What I wouldn't give to have a beautiful yard with lots of potted plants and flowers!

It's definitely a trade off - the rain makes everything so pretty when the sun finally comes out. But there's all that rain...
DeleteCute rain boots Lana! With our deer population and semi-arid climate, my flowers never are quite like that!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to see you Susan! We've got a bit of a rabbit problem right now and they're eating everything! We get deer too but they mostly love our apple trees!
DeleteThe sun is starting to peak out more... we've had a few warm days ... however; we had lots of rain ourselves here... I'm hoping that all that rain will bring gorgeous flowers here too xox
ReplyDeleteI've missed your blog Lana, I shut down for a long time due to the pain I've been dealing with... but I'm back and I'm thrilled to be writing again, I missed writing and the blogging world xox ❤
I can't wait to move back to the Pacific Northwest! My new ritual for spring there will be a trip to Pike Place Market for fresh flowers.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty and colorful landscape! We had snow again last week but I think the weather finally got the memo! It's 50 degrees today!
