Mindful Monday: Welcome Spring


It's been a long winter.  And even though the calendar tells me that today is the first day of spring, it seems winter isn't quite done with us yet.

 But eventually it will have to give itself up.  Spring always finds a way.

    For some reason I thought the first day of Spring was tomorrow, but you are right! It's today! It is going to be 80 here in STL today, but then lower 50's the rest of the kids Spring break. I am ready for warmth!

    It's actually nice(ish) today - sunny and 52. We won't get short sleeves weather consistently until May, sadly. April is.. meh. I love spring, though! The extra light rocks! We still have a foot of snow that hasn't melted.

    Lana I am soooo looking forward to the spring, I totally understand it must be even more difficult for you this year as your don't normally have those types of winters... We weren't getting a lot but we have had a couple in the past few weeks...I say it's time for spring for both of us xox

    Well, spring has sprung here but along with it comes 50-60 mph wind gusts some days. March is our windiest month. Hoping April will be beautiful at your house and mine.
