Christmas in July

I may not be ready for cold weather and the holidays yet, but I'm always up for a Christmas gift exchange in July, especially if it involves my friends from The Blended Blog.  There were no rules other than a $20 limit, and I can't wait to hop around and see what everyone got!

My secret Santa was Nicole.  Poor Nicole - her gift to me got lost and didn't arrive yet.  She kept apologizing, but really, I should apologize to her.  Almost every time I participate in a gift exchange there is some technical difficulty.  So, probably my fault.  I know when it gets here I'll love it!

I'm so happy to have met Nicole through blogging.  She's a super busy lady with four daughters and a major talent for photography.  Right now she's documenting her weight loss journey on her blog, and I am continually inspired by her.  Several times a week, when I'm wavering on my own healthy eating/fitness program, I think "what would Nicole do?", and it always puts me back on the right track.  She's amazing, and you should definitely go read her story.  We'll finally get to meet in person next year and I can't wait!

I sent a gift off to another one of my favorites, Sarah.  We met in Vegas this year, and I felt an instant friendship with her.  Her positive attitude and beautiful family always make me smile.  Be sure to head over and see what she got, and hop around to the other ladies to see what Christmas in July looks like!
