Welcome to the second week of Create28! Be sure to head to The Blended Blog for the recap, and to see how each featured blogger interpreted the looks.
After a lovely, warm spring, Seattle hasn't gotten the memo that summer has arrived. Most days have been cool and rainy, so wearing summery clothes has been challenging...
Fringe fun...
I bought this top after realizing I didn't own anything with fringe. Can't wait to wear this with shorts when the weather warms up.
Bold bottoms...
A maxi skirt and converse is the most comfortable outfit ever.
Summer swing dress...
And then I changed my mind the next day. A swing dress and sandals is the most comfortable. I think this is my new uniform for summer!
I hope you'll link up with us below, or share your looks on Instagram with the hashtag #theblendedblogstyle. Here's what's happening in week 3:
Your fringe top is so cute! Your swing dress and vest is the perfect summer look! Love the blue and white combo!

Love the swing dress with vest look the best...I think it's the colours!
ReplyDeleteYou're the cutest Lana!!! LOVE that fringe top and man, can you wear color!! ;-) Pretty as can be!!
ReplyDeleteDo I spy Converse with your maxi? Adorbs!! I am going to try that. Your fringe top is different than my standard kimono with fringe. Love it. Very boho.
ReplyDeleteCurrently I am wearing a swing dress with a white denim jacket to work with white converse...my favorite shoes right now. Thanks for telling me to stick it out with breaking them in...I almost gave up!
ReplyDeleteI love that last look! I have one similar and it makes me feel awesome. I love a good jean vest/dress combo.
ReplyDeleteGreat looks!!!!

Love your fringe top. And swing dresses FTW!
ReplyDeleteLove the fringe but I am really digging your blue swing dress. It seems like everyone is rocking swing dresses which makes me feel very itchy to go shopping...
ReplyDeleteLove the fringe top. It seems like a versatile piece, that can go with skirts, shorts and jeans. Who could ask for more?!? Have fun on vacation and congrats to your son on his graduation (read the other post).
ReplyDeleteI only wish I were as stylish as you! I would look like a sack of potatoes standing next to you!
