Happy Fall, Happy Weekend


Fall is here, which means I'm spending lots of time outside watching this kid run in 3.1 mile circles.

The only problem with Cross Country is that the runners disappear into the woods for long periods of time.  Luckily I have this guy to keep me company.

Sort of.  He's on his phone a lot.  But I also have a camera, so I wander around and take pictures of the fall flora and fauna.  The leaves are just starting to turn, temperatures are pleasant, and it's beautiful here in the Pacific Northwest.



My husband and I have many adventures planned for our 25th anniversary this weekend - hope everyone has a great one!

    Gorgeous weather! Our neighbor is the cross country coach and our cross country teams rock! But our sons are at football so were at all the football games. Nothing better than watching your kid compeye but it could be near Franklin too, because he just want them to do well and feel good about it! I hope you have an amazing weekend pretty lady!

    I hope you had a beautiful weekend! We traveled to NJ so I could shoot a wedding, and now we're back.
    Next weekend is the big fall festival and I have three photo shoots. (yikes) The second weekend is when we go to Maine to see moose, finally!!

    Thanks for this post. It really makes me miss my son and daughter's cross country meets now that they are both in college. Beautiful scenery. Happy 25th anniversary! Ironically, we spent part of ours watching our son's Boy Scout triathlon.
