Summer is right around the corner, and soon there will be BBQ's and parties to attend. This broccoli and cauliflower Italian Salad was shared with me by my Grandma Mary. It's fresh and delicious and so easy to make!
Italian Salad
1 head cauliflower, chopped into pieces
2 broccoli stalks, chopped into pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 pound white button mushrooms
1 can medium black olives
1 package cherry tomatoes
1 packet dry Italian dressing
1 bottle Italian dressing
Mix dry dressing mix with bottled dressing and pour over first seven ingredients. Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Add cherry tomatoes just prior to serving.
Happy June! Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
