White Jeans In Winter

I'm seeing white jeans with boots all over Pinterest, and I think it's such a pretty, polished look for winter.  However, I'm on week two of "shopping my closet", and the only pair of white jeans I own are these boyfriend fit from Loft.  

Since boyfriend jeans would look funny tucked into boots, I thought I would try them with my brown suede booties instead.  I like the way this turned out, although I may have gotten some weird looks when I left home to run errands.  This is Seattle, after all, which is not exactly the fashion capitol of the world.  Plus, in my small town, I frequently see people at the grocery store in pajamas.  Sigh.

If you have a pair of white straight leg jeans, try them tucked into cognac boots.  I love this!
