I've been working on some pattern mixing lately. Polka dots and plaid are pretty basic - baby steps!
Buffalo plaid is everywhere this season, and scarves are an easy way to incorporate this look. Old Navy has this cute infinity scarf, which is my favorite kind because they are so easy to style.
I'm planning to get bolder with my pattern mixing in the New Year - stay tuned!
There's still time to sign up for the Winter/Holiday Style Me Challenge. The shopping list has been released and the first outfit comes out this Sunday.
I'm really excited about this one, because winter lasts a long time around here. This will be my fourth Style Me Challenge, and I cannot say enough good things about it! Alison has amazing style, and shares it all during the 21 day challenge. If you don't have a lot of money in your clothing budget - no worries. I usually find many of the items are already in my closet, and it's easy to substitute with pieces that you own. Plus, Alison's picks are always very budget friendly. The girl knows how to shop a Target sale! The best part? Not having to figure out what to wear every day - because Alison tells me!
